If you would like to return an item purchased on 22system.com, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Terms
- To be eligible for credit, items for return must be in pristine, saleable condition, with wire ends intact.
- All returned parts will be inspected for condition prior to refunds being issued. Any 22 System parts or products returned in a used or unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to five business days from the receipt of returned product for processing. An automatic confirmation will be sent once a refund has been issued.
- Return approval must be granted prior to the items being shipped to 22 System/Bocci. Items received without prior return approval will not be granted a credit/refund.
- If the parts for returned were purchased as a part of a kit, the completel kit must be returned.
- Products for return must be received within ten business days from the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping is to be arranged by, and at the cost of, the customer.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Please mark all packages with “PRODUCT RETURNING”. If required, import values should be $5.00 per component. Any returns that incur customs fees will be automatically refused and returned to the sender.
If you would like to initiate a return, please fill and email a Return Request Form to service@22system.com with the following information:
- Subject line: RETURN REQUEST - ORDER # (include your order number here)
- Images: please attach images of all parts for return. Wire ends of all devices must be visible. Only return requests with complete information will be acknowledged.
