Tax & Duties
All orders are shipped from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Domestic taxes will be applicable and will be based on where the order is shipped.
US orders ship tax and duty free. Please refer to our "Customs Notice for US orders" below.
In stock items will ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise notified. Lead times begin with receipt of order/payment. Shipping transit time is applicable after the lead time has been completed.
Standard worldwide shipping is free of charge. Expedited shipping service is offered at a flat rate of $50.
Customs Notice For US Orders
Please note that while all 22 System products are duty-free under USMCA, the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency requires any order with a value of over USD $2,500.00 to be registered under either a SSN for personal purchases, or an EIN for commercial purchases. Customers will be contacted directly by our shipper for this information once your order has shipped. Failure to provide the information within a timely manner will result in shipping delays. Shipping Service Levels
All orders are shipped with FedEx from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days while expedited shipping is approximately 1-2 business days
Please note that the aforementioned transit times are estimates provided by FedEx and are not necessarily guaranteed.
22 System will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of 22 System.
22 System will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.
The 22 System ships worldwide. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.
Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.
22 System will not be held responsible for uncollected packages nor any associated costs incurred.
Tracking information will be available for 90 days from the date of shipment.
If you want to return an item purchased on 22system.com, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please see our returns page for further information.
All 22 System products are guaranteed for one year on parts after receipt against mechanical or manufacturing defects. Using parts of 22 System fixtures, substituting another manufacturer’s product, or altering the product in any way will void all approvals and warranties..
22 System is not responsible for the following:
• Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal or repair.
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a related third party.
• Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
• Any change in appearance caused by natural wear.
22 System advises carefully reviewing the product specifications and instructions prior to installation; installation or improper use of the product will invalidate any claims or warranties.
